The pricing consists of two service charges, Openserve line rental and Openserve uncapped data. The Openserve line rental is our direct cost from Openserve.

Additional Charges

The installation and router fee is due before we place the order with Openserve. Should you elect to use your own router, you will not be charged for a router.

Please Note:

* Customers electing to use their own router will receive limited support on it.

* If the new service is terminated within 6 months of installation, the full installation and activation fee will be recoverable.

* If the service is terminated after 6 months but before 12 months, the above amounts will be recovered pro-rata, in proportion to the remaining period up to 12 months.

* Connectivity contract period is month to month with a full calendar months' notice.

* Router installation (Interworks router only) free within 50Km's from our office.

* Debit Orders are mandatory.

* All services are billed for in advanced.

* Valid from 1 June 2023 to 31 August 2023

* Package availability is subject to coverage and network feasibility.
